DW Vendor Spotlight: Michael Agwunobi

Good morning Dears, welcome to a beautiful new week. Today I am introducing a new segment; Dahlia Weddings Vendor Spotlight, I would from time to time feature a vendor, pictures of their work, a little write up about them and how you could contact them if you like what they do. If you know anyone or would like to be featured on this series, kindly send an email to; iniobongudosen@gmail.com
Today I am featuring Micheal Agwunobi the lead Photographer and Consultant at Nobis Photography. Micheal lives and works in Lagos but he is willing to travel anywhere in the world for a job.

Tell us a bit about yourself: I am a Lagos based Documentary and Travel Photographer(I shoot wedding for a living); I have a passion for excellence, people, and creative pictures. I combine this passion to create a one of a kind piece of personal art. My goal is to create pictures that will bless people’s lives for years to come and be remembered as one of the best investments you have ever made. My work addresses social and environmental issues. With the use of photography, I explore reasons why people behave the way they do. You can call me a story teller because I tell stories through situations that surround my works.

I facilitate training's and Conferences: I was one of the Facilitators at the first Photography Conference in Nigeria (NiPHEC 2013), I teach photography at Daystar Skill Acquisition Program organized by Daystar Christian Centre, Lagos, and also teach in some photography schools in Lagos.

Why did you delve into Photography? I started photography a few years back. Although I studied Economics and I planned to become CBN Governor someday until the love for photography started(smiles). I love looking at beautiful images and art works... infact that was one of the things that brought me into photography. I was like I can also make beautiful images like that.

What is your photography style: I'm a photojournalist, and I try to unobtrusively capture the story of your wedding day
